This is a personal project that I've been working on for the past few months: The creation of a photorealistic environment of an abandoned mansion.
I wanted to explore Nanite, Lumen, and Ray-tracing in Unreal Engine 5 and push the limits to see the full potential. From start to finish, I have crafted all the game-ready assets, including a modular art set, 3D props, ornate details, decals of old classic paintings, trim-sheets, tillable textures, and drapes.
I set up the scene with three different lighting scenarios, each tailored to a different camera perspective. In the end, I used some Megascans assets to decorate the empty space along the wall, which includes a football, picture frame, cardboard boxes, and a blue chair.
Thank you to 80lvl for the opportunity, You can explore the game environment directly on the 80lv. Community Metasite!
